Gentamicin ophthalmic solution 0.3% is used for the treatment of certain bacterial infections of the eye.

Gentamicin Eye Drops Directions and Recommendations
Follow the directions for using this medicine provided by your doctor. Use Gentamicin Eye Drops exactly as directed.
The usual dosage is one or two drops applied to the affected eye every 4 hours. The dosage may be increased to as much as two drops once every hour in severe infections.
