Pyrifoam 5% Cream is used topically to treat scabies and other pests including ticks, fleas, lice, and mites.
Pyrifoam Cream may be used in adults and in children. It was shown to be safe and effective in infants 1 month of age and older.

Pyrifoam Cream is usually used as a single time treatment. The application may be repeated in one week if lice, nits or mites are still present.
